If not how does ones child get a job or enroll in a school system? Is that child exempt Fromm u.s jurisdiction?

    Definitely, however there are bigger and better opportunities in most cases everywhere else literally. If I can avoid New York I do, unless its upstate. However, Queens is still a good look family.
